What will you do if my mirror is damaged in shipping?
Contact us at 508-272-1695 or by email help@bestetchedmirrors.com to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away at no extra charge.
What will you do if I change my mind about my order?
If you change your mind before we ship (usually within two business days), call us at 508-272-1695 and we'll cancel your order immediately.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, call or email us within 10 days of receiving it and tell us the problem.
If you want to exchange your order for another, comparably priced item, we will ship you the replacement at no additional cost for the item or for shipping. And we will arrange free shipping of your original purchase back to us.
If you choose to return your order, we will refund you 100% of the price of the item. You pay only the cost for shipping. We will tell you how to arrange for shipping back to us.
Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
No. We don't charge any restocking fees. We refund your entire purchase price of the item. You are responsible only for the cost of shipping.
